Rescue Remedy To The Rescue
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What is the size of a tube of lipstick, comes in a yellow box, and is infamous for naturally easing stress and anxiety. Give up?
It's Bach's Rescue Remedy!
Rescue Remedy, a combination of five flower essences, has been around since 1930 when England's Dr. Edward Bach identified 38 negative states of mind and created a natural remedy from plants and flowers to address each state. Rescue Remedy's five flower essences are - Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum, Rock Rose and Clematis. Flower essences are made 100% naturally from spring water infused with wild flowers, either by the sun-steeped method or by boiling. The Essences are hand produced exclusively in England and are placed in a solution of 27% brandy for preservative reasons.
The little, yellow bottle is a must have among jet-setters, fashionistas, workaholics, new moms, and anyone who experiences anxiety, panic, or fear. Dragonfly Wellness recommends it to clients because it works wonders for stress, tension, pressure, worry, and fear. I start taking Rescue Remedy a few days before a flight. It is such a must as it eases the fear of flying. Recently, Dragonfly Wellness gave Rescue Remedy to a jittery bride on her wedding day. She reported feelings of calmness as she waltzed down the aisle.
You only need 4 drops either directly on the tongue or in a bottle of water. As the flower essences are put in a solution of brandy, diluting in water is essential for our clients who are sensitive to alcohol.
For our clients who do not have any alcohol whatsoever in their diets, we recommend the Rescue Remedy Cream or a few drops of the liquid Rescue Remedy on the wrists or behind the ears.
You can get Rescue Remedy in any health food store. We love the product so much we chose Rescue Remedy for our wellness kits. Click the picture to view the wellness kit. Our kits are perfect for traveling or simply for learning about the best natural health products and remedies.
So, whether you're going to a post-Oscar party or a fundraiser in the Hamptons, Dragonfly Wellness highly recommends taking your Rescue Remedy along. It's sleek bottle will fit perfectly in an evening bag or in any male's jacket pocket.
And, when people ask you what you're spiking their water with, give a wink and say, "It's Rescue Remedy of course!"
Stay tuned next week. Look for big changes to the Weekly Health Tip.
Love,
Mary Kent
