The Weekly Beet Is Beat!!
This week, The Weekly Beet reports that we are officially BEAT!! That's right. We have just landed in London after a seriously long flight and are experiencing major Jet Lag. Last year, we reported on our favorite Jet Lag remedy and are so amazed by its effects that we just had to tell you again!!! We drank detox tea and water the entire flight over and snacked on Tamari Almonds and our favorite Rice Chips. The minute we landed we hit the pillow for about 5 hours and then went out for a brisk walk. Then, we took a hot bath and added ten drops of lavender oil to relax the mind, body, and spirt! And, tomorrow, we will hit one of London's most popular gyms, L.A. Fitness, for a bit of cardio and sauna. It's essential to sweat out those toxins! Then, we're off to London's famous Triyoga for a bit of down-dog! Hopefully, these tricks will BEAT the Beet's Jet Lag! We'll let you know what happens!
